The SOFIs (Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation) are the industry’s most coveted honor for specialty foods since 1972. Today, the SOFI Awards represent culinary creativity across America and around the globe. The Silver Finalists are selected by a national panel of specialty food retailers, foodservice professionals and journalists, and represent the best of the best in each class.
